The Downtown Condo Showroom offers full service property management and specializes
in leasing Downtown
San Diego Condos. Some of the services we offer include: MLS
listing, Tenant Procurement, Tenant Screening, Rent collection / Disbursement, Vendor
Coordination, Advertising & Marketing, move in / out inspections, and tax reporting
statements. We also provide an annual profit and loss statement as well
as 24hr emergency contacts. Fees for above are a flat 8% of the gross
rent.
The second service we offer is a lease listing, tenant procurement service. For
this service, we offer tenant procurement, advertising and marketing, lease drafting
and the tenant move in guidance. The fee for this service is a one-time
payment of 5% of the gross lease amount due upon new tenant signing lease.
As valuable as the services listed above are, our customer service and accountability
is just as important. We pride ourselves on customer service and believe
that your experience will be second to none. We are confident enough
to give any owner/landlord the opportunity to terminate our agreement with 30 days
notice if we are not performing to expectations.
