The Downtown Condo Showroom is a real estate firm that specializes in the sale,

broker of record and CEO, Joe Marcotte. Joe's experience in the local law enforcement

A word from the CEO - I respect the fact that every agent has their own personality
and style, but with that said, I do expect every agent that works with me to follow
a few important principals:
First, always answer your phone. Ok, I know that's not completely possible, but
I believe that answering your phone is a direct attribute of being accountable.
I have been in so many professional transactions where the other agent, loan officer,
etc, is impossible to reach and it is incredibly frustrating. We will be there every
step of the way.
Secondly, it is my position that a Realtors job isn't one of "selling" a client
on a property. I am of the opinion that we can create a competitive advantage for
our clients by making sure that they are as informed as they can possibly be.
Finally, there is never a commission worth our integrity. It's simple, if we provide
the highest level of care to your transaction, then we are going to earn you as
a client for life.
